I am a recent employee of Alabama Professional Services with a background in the customer service industry. My day-to-day operations at APS consist of speaking with customers about issues they are experiencing and scheduling them with a Design Specialist that is able to help them. I am currently working on my Dealer Network training, and look forward to deepening my knowledge of the services we offer. I love knowing that I am helping customers make the decision to make their homes comfortable and safe. When I am not at APS I enjoy baking and spending time with my dog, Jack.
